If you're in the Philippines, you can call a landline number using your cellphone as long as you have enough regular load balance in your account. If you're using postpaid SIM, you can check with your plan if landline calls are included for free. How to Call A Landline using Mobile Phone
You need to have enough regular load to be able to meet the ₱7.50/minute standard call charging rate. For postpaid subscribers, you can use the same dialing format.
Call a Landline using Globe or TM
Follow these steps:
Dial 0 + Area Code + PTE code + 7-digit landline number
For example: (0)(2)(8)7654321
For PTE codes, use the unique assigned number for each telco company.

Call a Landline using SMART or TNT SIM
To call a landline using your Smart or TNT SIM card mobile number, you can dial the number format below.
Dial 0 + Area Code + PTE code + 7-digit landline number
For example: (0)(2)(3)1234567
Please take note of the PTE code when calling a landline to connect without problems.
Call a Landline using GOMO SIM
GOMO network now offers call to landline by converting your GB's of data to be able to call landline number. Where 1GB is equivalent to 15mins of calls to all networks and landlines.
To call a landline using GOMO SIM, dial 0 + Area Code + PTE code + 7-digit landline number.
Call Landline using DITO SIM
DITO subscribers can call a landline using 0 + Area Code + PTE code + 7-digit landline number format, where ₱7.50/minute charge apply. Postpaid users can avail the Flex plan booster that gives you 60 minutes of call to landline for only 100 pesos.
Take note that if you’re calling a landline outside Metro Manila or calling to other region in the Philippines, you need to use the area code of area you are trying to call then follow the exact format above.
